How to Use the Telescopic Snapper

Please Note: This tool will be safety locked when it arrives. To activate the snapper, simply close the handle and release the locking mechanism. Extend the pole until it clicks into one of the extended pole positions. Once you hear the loud click, the handle will activate the snapper at the end.
