Pairing this sheath with the Prandi Genuine Leather Belt makes for a perfect match and carries that traditional woodsman vibe, but also comfortable enough to be worn as your every day belt. Suitable to carry your axe in a safe and comfortable way. Slide the belt into the sheath, through the two holes on the back side. Open the bottom of your new leather sheath to insert the axe from the handle to the head. 

If you find the leather to be tight at first, then run under warm water and work the hatchet head into the sheath in order to stretch the sheath to fit the head of the hatchet. This may take several tries, but we’ve found it to be rather efficient in our own methods.
