The John Deere X147R lawn tractor is powered by a Briggs & Stratton V-twin engine and features a 36” (92cm) ‘direct collect’ grass cutting and collection system to ensure that the grass clippings are effortlessly cut and discharged into the generous 300 litre grass collector.

Forward and reverse travel is controlled by a foot operated hydrostatic drive to give you maximum control over the mower’s speed and direction. The harder you press the forward pedal, the faster the tractor drives forward. The harder you press the reverse pedal, the faster the tractor travels in reverse. This simple control makes changing speed and direction fast and easy.

A comfortable high-back seat comes as standard and all of the controls can be operated easily from the driving position. The blades are engaged at the touch of a button and the height of cut is adjusted with an easy-to-use lever which ensures minimum effort to move the cutter deck up and down.

Commercial use warranty is 12 months with unlimited hours.
