The John Deere X117R lawn tractor is one of John Deere’s smaller lawn tractors and, with a 36” (92cm) width of cut, is ideal for tending to lawns of up to three quarters of an acre. Hydrostatic drive is a standard feature and power is provided by a reliable single cylinder engine.

The John Deere X117R lawn tractor is powered by a Briggs & Stratton engine and features a 36” (92cm) ‘direct collect’ grass cutting and collection system to ensure that the grass clippings are effortlessly cut and discharged into the generous 300 litre grass collector.

Forward and reverse travel is controlled by a foot operated hydrostatic drive to give you maximum control over the mower’s speed and direction. The harder you press the forward pedal, the faster the tractor drives forward. The harder you press the reverse pedal, the faster the tractor travels in reverse. This simple control makes changing speed and direction fast and easy.

All of the controls can be operated easily from the driving position. The blades are engaged with a manual control and the height of cut is adjusted with an easy-to-use lever which ensures minimum effort to move the cutter deck up and down.

The bonnet of the John Deere X117R is made of UV resistant polymer which won’t rust. Underneath the attractive exterior is a strong chassis, cast iron front axle and robust cutter deck. The X117R really is a durable machine which lives up to John Deere’s reputation for exacting standards of high quality and durability.

If grass collection is not required, optional mulching and deflector kits are available.

Up to 3 Years Warranty Protection

The John Deere X117R is protected by a standard two-year unlimited hours warranty which can be extended to 3 years or 120 hours (whichever comes first) when serviced annually by an authorised John Deere dealer. Private residential use only.

Commercial use warranty is 12 months with unlimited hours.
