Honda HRX 537 VY Lawnmower

The 21”/53cm Honda HRX537VY mower has been designed with mulching and collection in mind. Unlike many mowers that either mulch or collect, the Honda HRX537VY can mulch and collect and do a combination of both making this an extremely versatile mower.

By simply moving a lever, the Versamow system allows you to change between mulching and collecting or a combination of both. Mulching helps maintain a healthy and green lawn by cutting the grass clippings into a fine mulch and then returning the clippings back to the lawn where they rapidly decompose, putting nutrients back into the soil. Not only does this help feed your lawn for free but it saves you having to empty the grass bag.

Honda’s Roto-stop® feature ensures that the engine can be left running whilst the mower is unattended to empty the grass bag or move an obstacle. The Roto-stop feature also means that the mower can be driven without the blades turning which is useful when transporting the mower to and from your lawn.

The Honda HRX537VY is a four wheel mower making it suitable for fine lawns and rougher areas of the garden like an orchard for example.

The self-propelled drive system is controlled by the Select Drive Control. Simply set the forward speed on a dial and push the paddles forward and the mower will travel at the set speed. The speed can be changed on the move to avoid having to stop to change speed.

Honda have fitted their reliable GCV200 engine to the HRX537VY. Honda engines are easy to start but to make this engine even easier to start Honda have fitted their auto-choke system which automatically controls when the choke is needed.

The machine is covered by a 7 year limited domestic warranty.
