36″ Hickory Replacement Handle for Double Bit/Pulaski Axes. Quality Made in USA from Council Tools. Council has been making hand tools since 1886, and they set the standard for quality and design. Council handles are made from American hickory, which is known as the finest wood for hand tools. Each handle is kiln dried to 10% moisture content, to prevent shrinkage. Handle comes with a wax finish and includes an aluminum wedge for installation.
