This attachment which is a quick connect 1/4″ male plug to 1/4″ M BSP thread is typically used to connect most foam cannons or pressure washer attachments. 

If you’ve purchased any foam cannons with a 1/4″ female threaded connection such as the BAR Italian Snow Foam Lance or MTM PF22 Foam Cannon, this part would convert it to a quick connect.
